Fireworks to start "new Japan"

July 24th, 2020 was supposed to be the day for Tokyo Olympic Games to make a start  with a huge enthusiasm, exciting spectators, the most competitive athletes from all over the world.
We were counting down the days to welcome all the visitors and other events in the spirit of Omotenashi.
But we had to put it off due to the Novel Coronavirus spread. 
It was such a disappointment but we are ready for a new life following "a new normal".
The fireworks were launched simultaneously at 120 locations in all the prefectures as a signal of rebirth of Japan.
The fireworks lit up the skies as well as brightened us up.
